Please Pray for Baby Tatianna **UPDATED Thurs, May 19, 12:00pm**

A couple of weeks ago I mentioned about the premature birth (at 25 weeks gestation) of a friend's granddaughters. Baby Jaida passed away a couple of weeks ago and now Baby Tatianna needs your prayers as she is fighting hard for her precious little life.
Her kidneys are not functioning properly and the doctors are doing all they can to help her. Praise God that last night there was urine produced! Yay!!!

Little Tatianna is still fighting hard and I ask that you please pray for her. I know her family appreciates all your prayers as I have shared with them that many people here are praying for them.

**UPDATE**
We got news last night that the medicine has worked well, almost too well. The meds put a little too much fluids in her body causing some to pool in her lungs and around her organs. She is on new medication to help reduce the fluids and a special machine that will help evaporate the fluids around her organs.

Once those fluids are evaporated she will truly be stable once again with the opportunity to rest and build strength to prepare to face her next battle. She truly is a fighter having faced death on two occasions and winning her battles. It is all due to the love surrounding her and the prayers on her behalf from friends, family and strangers.

Moooving Right Along

Ok, with the last two posts being about milk I couldn't resist that really baaaad title. (Oh ya, wrong animal) The title really has nothing to do with this post but I had to do it!

BABIES, BABIES EVERYWHERE!!!

This is a week of celebration for local friends and bloggy friends around the world too as there are so many little ones to celebrate!!

A couple of local gals from our waiting mom's group are meeting their babies! B met her precious Benjaminh in Vietnam at 2:30 am local time today! Oh how sweet he is! Congratulations B!!

Another local gal and her family left for China earlier today to meet their son on Monday and also, Donna and Joe are on their way to meet their precious Lauren Elizabeth! Congrats L and A; Donna and Joe...and Grandma too!

A good friend (who doesn't have a blog...yet! :o) received her referral on Sunday and you'll just have to trust me when I say her little princess is beautiful!!

Last night many of us were delightfully surprised to celebrate Eliza's Mom's cute little son who was born yesterday and is already part of their family!!!

And, as we celebrate those already with their children or on the way, we also celebrate with anticipation the day when Tiny and Pipa join their families too!

For the longest time, families travelling to meet their babies were few and far between. It's not that way right now and can I tell you how excited I am for each of these families? Each of these precious little ones is a reminder that Hannah is not far behind and soon it will be me boarding a plane and flying to China!!! Now that makes my heart beat quickly and a huge smile is stuck on my face! If you watch carefully your might even see a skip in my step. Wanna join me??

Our first Babies!!

Last night was even more exciting as we welcomed home 3 babies from China! Aren't they adorable?!!!

Here is Karen and her sweet Samara. She was the quietest of the 3 little ones last night and loved to take in all the excitement from the safety of mommy's lap. She's absolutely precious! Welcome home Samara!

This is little Olivia and her mom Deb! This littly dynamo just learned how to walk on Friday and was only too pleased to show all of us her new skill! She's a busy little one with a ready smile and loves to keep her mommy hopping. Welcome home Olivia!

Our most recent addition is beautiful Ava and her mommy Liz. Ava has been home less than 2 weeks and was ready to join in the fun of chasing bubbles and playing! Ava had a smile that lights up the room! Welcome home Ava!

This last picture made me smile! As I was down on the floor taking pics of the little ones playing I turned to my left and saw this. Oh yes! Can you imagine? The babies were here! Can you imagine what kind of damage we'll do when more and more babies join our group? We'll have to pay extra for a cleaning staff to tidy when we leave. :o)

Another addition to our group is precious Mercy. Here's a picture of her proud Mommy Deb (formerly known as 'Mystery Mom 1') with her sweet baby's picture. Congratulations Deb! Looking forward to following your journey to China this summer.

Meeting Baby

Norma and I headed over to her daughter's place yesterday and I had the priviledge of hanging out with my little friend Alyssa and meeting her new baby sister Madelyn! She's adorable and oh so tiny!

Look at that hair! I don't know that I've ever met a baby with quite so much hair and it's oh so soft! Mmmmm...babies!

As I held this precious new baby I was also praying for Hannah and her birth mother. Lifting them before our Lord. Praying He'll be with each of them today.

Alyssa was only too pleased to pose for some pics and then to also show me her spinning abilities in the jolly jumper. Hey...there are some advantages to being a petit 3yo. Jolly jumpers are great for babies to jump in and 3 year olds to spin in! Phew...I was getting dizzy just watching her.

Congrats again Kristy and Darin. You have a beautiful family!

Welcome Sweet Baby!

What a difference a few hours can make!
My friend's daughter had a beautiful baby girl last night. Her 3yo daughter and I played, sang songs and watched Blues Clues at home while Mommy and Daddy went to the hospital. Here's Mommy at 5:15 last evening and just a 'short' 5 1/2 hours later (says the babysitter who was hanging out at the house, not giving birth) their beautiful baby girl entered the world.

Isn't she precious? She's a tiny little munchkin although Daddy said this morning that her lungs work just fine!
