Just curious. Has anyone figured out what [!] means behind a post? I just returned from being away for a couple of days so have a lot of reading ahead of my but also noticed that many of my blogs have [!] after them. Does anyone else have this happen and have you figured out why?
Thanks wise friends! I'm sure you'll have answers for me almost as soon as I post this.

It says there is an error. I have several of them as well?? It says that you do not have to do anything, but it has gone on for a couple of days?? Don't know what to think!!!
ReplyDeleteI think it means the RSS feed for that blog isn't coming through correctly. Not a huge deal normally, but I think that Bloglines just deletes a blog (without any notice to you) if the feed is messed up for too long. Nice, huh? I've had blogs just disappear from my bloglines list and didn't realize it until months later. I think it's because of this feed issue.
ReplyDeleteYeah! I've got lots too!!! I think it means the last post has come through properly? But M3's answer is much more intelligent than mine!!!
ReplyDeleteIt must be a blog thing cause I have a bunch of them too.
ReplyDeletek
I have tons of them as well. Didn't know what to think. I'd hate to just lose my blogs though.. Better go make copies of everyone's url.
ReplyDeleteIt is an error with the feed. m3's answer is really helpful and good to know.
ReplyDeleteKeep smilin!
I think Bloglines has fixed whatever was wrong with it last night. All my feeds are showing up normally today.
ReplyDeleteYup - feed error but there is nothing you can do about it. Blogger fixes things from their end eventually.
ReplyDeleteSorry I can't help you. I just wish I could figure out how to do blog lines for me :)
ReplyDeleteI never have gotten one, but will keep my eyes open!!
