Mom, Dad and Norma have been really understanding and supportive of my choice to do 100% of the caring for Hannah when it comes to holding her, changing her and feeding her. They have been a HUGE help keeping mommy going and supporting me in more ways than can be counted....helping to get food from the buffet, schlepping our TON of stuff, running here and there, even cutting my food in a pinch when my hands were full of baby. I could not be more thankful for their help!!
Today is Saturday, day 5 since Hannah has been with me and today my very patient parents and Norma were able to hold Hannah for the first time while I sat nearby. You can tell by the smiles on all 4 faces that they all enjoyed this visit immensely! I will still be doing the lion's share of Hannah's care for attachment reasons but I was happy to share her with them!
Enjoy the pics!!

Can I join the crowd who are crying and smiling at the same time!!! Oh how precious. It brings back memories of Grandma and Pa holding Daniel ... and knowing what a gap would be in his life without them. I think God placed a "Hannah Heart" in a lot of places to help nurture and love and join with her mommy!! Looks like joy all around!!!! Much love, Japhia
