An Important Lesson

After reading many safety reports I had already decided that I want to purchase a Britax car seat for Hannah. This video just reaffirmed that decision. They're pricey and hard to find in Canada but thankfully I found a store in Whitby that carries them and started saving for one about a year ago.

*Update* A Canadian bloggy friend just found the car seat for $50 less. Yeah! It's a bit further to drive but worth it for a bargain. :o)

    Oh my.....that was heartbreaking and so informative at the same time. I've seen the Britax at BabiesRus in the states. I haven't seen them here. Which store did you find them at?

    By the way, I'm not sure if there's a Safety Superstore near you, but they sell Britax as well, and a little bit cheaper.

    You blogging friends are the best! I just took Rhonda up on her suggestion and found it for $50.00 less. Thanks Rhonda! I'm off to update the links on the post and also to file it in my 'favourites' for future use when I'm ready to buy Hannah's seat.

    Paula, the link Rhonda provided says the company in Toronto offers free shipping (currently) for purchases over $100.00. Sounds like that might be an option to you if you're unable to find a store in Canada closer to you.

    I was just going to use my mom's booster seat tomorrow as Adriana is teetering on 40 pounds. i was not feeling the greatest about doing it...thought I would talk it over with Jaap tonight and decide if we think it is time. And then I saw your site today.

    It is a huge sign not too, I believe that.
