  1. Catherine don't forget to take some Gravol and some prunes for yourself. Most of the women in our group experienced sleep problems while in China and I experienced constipation.

  30. Am anxiously awaiting your trip to China to get Hannah. Our daughter has a special needs daughter from China who just celebrated her 4th birthday on Sunday. She had ribbons in her hair which read "Big Sister". I asked our daughter if it meant what I thought and she shook her head in the affirmative. They have started the paperwork for another special needs little girl from China and will be traveling in the next 12-24 months. They have 3 biological children and soon to be 2 adopted beauties from China. Our granddaughter would love to have the backpack for her trip to China to get her "baby sister".

  49. Gracie sure could use a cute backpack like that :o) !!

Murray and I want to chime in that those little packs of kleenex came in handy (I took about 20 packs). I personally never used a public toilet the entire time we were there - but I can't say the same for the rest of the family!

I wish we'd taken travel mugs. A lot of mornings you're up and on the road quite early - it would be so nice to take a coffee along (we found the coffee at the hotel to be OK!)

Also, if you're pondering the carrier/stroller debate (just the carrier or both) I'd forget the stroller. We bought an umbrella stroller when we got to China, but hardly used it.

Glad you're finding time to update - so exciting!
